About the role
As an Account Executive with Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation / Multiplast Corporation, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships within the Ilocos region. This full-time position will involve managing a portfolio of key accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts within the Ilocos region
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, actively networking and prospecting to expand the customer base
Provide consultative sales solutions to clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements
Negotiate and secure sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Maintain detailed records and provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and account management best practices
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in an account management or business development role, preferably within the sales or packaging industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Familiarity with the Calabarzon market and an understanding of the local business landscape
