- Flexible and willing to be assigned to projects in any area of Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao
- Experience in woodcraft or related construction fields is also acceptable

1. Planning
- Analysing and Develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects Attend project briefing/s; Deploy assignments
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities of F) Team members
- Clarify the aspect of project contract terms with sub-contractor/suppliers, scope, limitations which are critical to Field Operations
- Prepare a complete Field Operations Plan - Coordinate with
- Design/Innovation on technical drawing clarification

2. Mobilization
- Source Project Resources - Interface with support Functional units
- Procure materials and obtain warehouse stock level
- process budget requests (RFCA)
- Request manpower (MRF)
- Gather materials (Withdrawal Form)
- Technical support.
3. Monitoring and control
- Oversee progress of all projects and actively work towards the attainment of established project milestone
- Attend regular checkpoint meetings to determine progress challenges, regarding the projects;
- Ensure project is completed as planned and within approved budget-based on internal bill of quantities, and other parameters
4. Field Ops Execution
- Set out and carry out the system (process and work forms) for seamless execution
- Project Modification Onsite.
- Ensure a system for securing site instructions from client (secure signed documents), particularly addendum to contract.
- Swiftly adjust revised operational plans, resource requireemnts and execution activites accordingly.Turnover of materials to WH on the day of egrees
- Agreement and documentation on disposal of assets (backwall and other elemetns) should be made part of the JO in accordance with alignement of sales group with client (backload cost as part of CE or addendum cost; warehouseing costs Egress load sheet - should use standard descriptor of items
5. Reporting and Post Evaluation
- Fulfill the protocols of the new system for real-time reporting of field works/activations.
- Review the Project Dashboard per project
- Provide input for post evaluation within 3 days from completion
