***This position is physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP***
Under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative responsibilities of the Maintenance Department operations. The Logistics Coordinator's responsibilities are to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time. The Logistics Coordinator will obtain data necessary for completing Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) and other reporting requirements as assigned and compiling the information as necessary. The Logistics Coordinator may perform various routine duties in the Tool Room, T est, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment or Army Oil Analysis Program. This may involve inventorying, controlling, issuing, receiving and turn-in items, preparing documentation, tracking workload and preparing reports. Responsible for tool maintenance and minor repairs, evaluate equipment, and determine safety compliance. Prevents minor losses through safeguarding and perform tasks with minimum supervision. The Logistics Coordinator works with other employees and understands the daily mission and processes of providing excellent customer service to the customer and leadership .

+ Possesses considerable autonomy in completing projects for the Department Leadership.
+ Ensures that quality standards are applied to all levels of the work and measured for effectiveness.
+ Perform Tool Room, TMDE or AOAP duties and responsibilities
+ Receive, maintain, issue, inventory hand tools, technical orders, bench stock, and test equipment.
+ Inspects all areas of tool and part storage for accurate markings, inventories, and cleanliness.
+ Schedules, transport, return test equipment for calibration, and perform user maintenance on assigned equipment.
+ Stores, issues, and controls hazardous materials.
+ Responsible for organizing an oil analysis program that increases readiness and extends life-cycle cost when assigned to AOAP.
+ Trains new staff regarding tool and parts control.
+ Develop and maintain records of documentation
+ Operates office equipment such as computers, scanners, printers, paper shredders, etc.
+ Obtain information needed through various means from departments to complete daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual CDRLs and reports.
+ Assists with the completion and review of CDRLs and reports.
+ Ensure compliance of Corporate, company, PWS and other government policies, procedures and standards and reports to the Logistics Leadership.
+ Provide administrative support to Leadership, practice discretion when handling highly important, sensitive and confidential information
+ Implements general and specific operational, safety, quality, and environmental requirements of all job-related procedures and policies.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
+ Minimum Qualifications:
+ Education/Certifications:
+ One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
+ High School Graduate or equivalent.
+ Associates Degree preferred.
+ Must be a Philippines Citizen
+ Must have a Host Nation Driver's License
+ Possess English oral and written communications skills necessary to clearly convey message to co-workers, customers, and all levels of management.
+ Experience:
+ Three (3) years of experience working in an administrative role for TMDE & AOAP.
+ A minimum of two (2) years property accountability experience for Tools & Parts.
+ Skills:
+ Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
+ Able and willing to perform other duties as needed, as skills and program allow.
+ Additional Skills for TMDE & AOAP:
+ Possess exceptional time management skills.
+ Requires intermediate to advanced knowledge and fluency of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
+ Must be able to multi-task proficiently while meeting short suspense for both scheduled CDRL and unscheduled reports/tasks.
+ Prior LOGCAP Operations preferred.
+ Customer service training.
+ Strong analytical skills.
+ Working Conditions:
+ The majority of the working conditions will be in an office environment and sedentary in nature.
+ The worker is subject to extreme heat. Temperatures typically 35-45 degrees Celsius. Consideration should be given to the effect of other environmental conditions, such as wind, rain and humidity.
+ The worker is subject to hazards. Includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to high heat or exposure to chemicals.
+ The worker is subject to noise. There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level.
+ Physical Requirements:
+ Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 15 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
+ Work may require prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical and chemicals.
+ Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
+ Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
