- 2+ years of warehousing/inventory experience
- Familiar with Oracle EBS/HTML/OSC systems
- Excellent English verbal and written skills

**Job Duties**:

- Build Customer Profiles and keep updating (Oracle EBS/HTML/OSC)
- Creates and releases Ship Data Inquiry/Request For Quote
- Process and book orders (Manual/EDI) and track order status
- Generate reports related to order management both customer facing and internal reporting
- Work with logistics team and program manager to track open orders
- Process rework and return material agreement
- Fillout and process air request form
- Ensure that items are ready and orderable (cross referencing and adding items to pricelist)
- Reconcile all credit, claims and chargebacks
