**CORE WORK ACTIVITIES**
**Managing Engineering Operations and Budgets**
- Manages the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment and electrical systems.
- Ensures regulatory compliance to facility regulations and safety standards.
- Manages and controls heat, light and power and recommends current best methods for energy conservation and economical facility operations.

**POSTING**
In this role, you will:

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of demonstrated competency in a project management role involving the execution of multiple projects or a large project
- At least 3 years of BU or BU-facing experience, with sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving
- Demonstrated experience in progressive team leadership responsibilities preferably in cross-functional teams across the organization and within complex contexts
