About the Program:
This residency is designed to fast-track your development from coder to professional software engineer. Participants will be immersed in real workflows, mentored by senior developers, and challenged to grow technically and professionally.
Top performers may be invited to join ASG full-time and earn developer salaries of PHP 1000+ monthly.
Compensation and Benefits:
Monthly allowance of PHP 32000 to 35000 (with performance-based increases)
