2,Coordinate with the planning and scheduling department to ensure milestone dates are understood for each turn over area
3.Coordinate with the site QC manager for the completion of as-built turnover documentation
4.Resolve any discrepancies between the completed milestone and quality documentation
5.Review suppliers inspection and test plans against the milestone scope of work
6.Coordinate with the commissioning department to define the scope of work
7.Assist the site subcontractors to compile turnover dossiers

11.Monitor and control the status of punch list and exception lists relevant to quality dossiers

- Monitor retention samples and prepare report.
- Monitor Product Disposition Report from warehouse, production, returns and/ or other department and prepare report.
- Timely data collection and presents inspection results in a clear and concise manner.
- Assist QA in investigations and provide related corrective actions, if necessary.
- Consistently report problems with regards to Food Safety Management System.
MINOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor area and storage temperature.
- Encode/Generate Product Disposition Report after production.
- Reports food safety deviations (actual incidents and near misses) and issues PRP violation ticket, if necessary.
- Give directions to food handlers about matters relating to food safety & quality.
