**Summary**

**You Will**:

- Type data provided directly from the maintenance task board.
- Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes.
- Communicate with the team members via Slack and do weekly meetings using Google Meet.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
- Help to keep tracking of our evictions data and do a follow up with Members to offer payment arrangements to get them back on track.
- Transfer all maintenance tickets from the PadSplit platform into the Two Keys Propertyware system database along with various data entry tasks when needed.
