JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking detail-oriented e-Commerce Data Analysts with a strong proficiency in MS Excel. Ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of data analysis tools and databases and demonstrate expertise in Excel formulas, lookup functions, text functions, and data validation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Analyze data gathered through different sources, collated through Microsoft Excel, using various formulas and functions. < r>● Specific duties and responsibilities for this position shall include: < r>● Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures < r>● Involved in the creation of reports (either in numerical or graphical presentation) < r>● Gather data in various formats from different sources and platforms < r>● Create product listings on Amazon and Shopify < r>● Audit listings before upload and spot-check results at their respective platform < r>● Identify discrepancies and root causes, including presentation of data to the management and concerned department/s < r>● Recommendation of process modifications to further improve the team and cluster team procedures < r>
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
● Advanced knowledge of MS Excel formulas, functions, and shortcuts < r>● At least 1 year of experience in analyzing data or generating reports using MS Excel < r>● Good English Communication skills < r>● Can work with minimal supervision < r>● Detail-oriented < r>● Graduate of any Business or IT-related course < r>● Willing to work on graveyard or shift schedule during peak seasons < r>● Willing to start as soon as possible < r>
