The Data Launch team manages the onboarding and setup of our datasets into Sprout. The team will review all new data launch requests and coordinate with Data Owners on our Data Excellence team, IMPG, IT , R&D and requestors to ensure new data sets are setup properly to meet the needs of all users. The team is also responsible for the maintenance of existing Sprout feeds and the buildout of new workflows in Collibra. We are a company seeking a Data Operations Analyst with excellent communication skills and experience in project management assistance. The successful candidate will directly report to the Technical Project Management Assistant/Officer and will have the technical proficiency to work with various supportive software such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, Muro, and possess data entry or data processing experience to maintain dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive project management support, assisting in planning, organizing, and executing projects.
- Utilize software platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, and Muro to facilitate project coordination and collaboration.
- Employ data analytics to help develop and maintain dashboards, providing meaningful insights to stakeholders.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, utilizing essential functions like VLOOKUP and advanced features like pivot tables and charts to analyze project data effectively.
- Assist in preparing PPTX reports to communicate project progress, milestones, and outcomes to key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
