**Job Summary**:
Responsible for the management of all legal cases of all Companies within the Group pertaining to corporate, labor, tax/tariff, insurance, and rehabilitation matters. Monitors, all cases assigned to external lawyers, represent the Company with the NLRC, Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court, and provides advice to Management on all legal issues, concerns, and cases.
Likewise, represents the company in its transactions with Government Agencies as well as with Local Government Officials such as the Mayor or Governor, ensuring that the interest of the Company is well protected at all times.
**Qualifications**
- Degree in Law from distinguished Law Schools, must be a BAR passer.
- Must have also worked in a Law Firm setting.
- Knowledgeable in Labor Code and Corporate Laws
- Must have established good contacts with Government Agencies and Local Government Units.
- Experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal documents.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
- Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within the organization’s legal department and across all businesses.
**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
