As a Project Associate, you will work full-time with a temporary remote (WFH) setup. You will be responsible for working with the internal team (Business Analysts & Developers) to ensure the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in furthering project goals. With organization and prioritization skills, you will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Management or equivalent

Responsibilities
The Project Associate is responsible for providing research and technical assistance to the Project Leader and Consultants. Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Perform coordination functions with the implementing agency and stakeholders on technical aspects of the project.
- Assist in the formulation of survey questionnaires and sampling methodology.
- Conduct data gathering activities (e.g. surveys, FGDs, and KIIs).
- Collect relevant secondary information from various sources.
- Provide support in data encoding and data analysis;
- Supervise the field data collection and validate the data for completeness and reliability.
- Organize and provide support during meetings and consultations, including preparing discussion materials.
