A. JOB DESCRIPTION

The Project Associate supports the Business Solutions Team in coordinating and delivering business projects in close collaboration with the Project Manager. The role involves organizing project planning and execution, scheduling, risk and progress management, documentation, stakeholder coordination, communication, research, and business analysis.

  • Assisting the Project Manager in the Project Management process such as doing Business Analysis or Business Process Reviews, overseeing projects, mitigating risks, and solving client issues.

B. JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • Background in Business or Process Analysis, Process Mapping, or Process Flow Diagramming.
  • Adept with technical jargon and concepts.
  • Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Agile methodologies are a plus.

The Project Associate is responsible for providing research and technical assistance to the Project Leader and Consultants. Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to the following:
