Job Summary
The Research and Development Specialist focuses on product research and process development, improvement of new and bestselling products for its assigned category.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
- Leads in the development and improvement of assigned product categories.
- Coordinates with and assists other R&D Specialists to ensure required parameters of assigned product category and process development and improvement projects, including reformulation and re-engineering are met.
