The Research And Development Manager is responsible for product development management and process innovation related to recipe development, process and cost improvement and product quality consistency of the assigned category to ensure alignment with SBU BPR to meet business objectives.
- Responsible for the whole research and development process starting from product concept, preparing prototype sample, laboratory testing, and final approval to invest in the developed products in the assigned category.
- Leads and initiates the formulation and process adjustments of new and re-engineered products for cost efficiency, productivity and sustainability.
- Assesses the requirements for new products based on the market needs in cooperation with Marketing based on consumer research.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- College graduate, BS Food Technology or other related food science courses.
- At least 7 years relevant experience as R&D in any product category development and commercialization.
- Experience in Quality Assurance in the food manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and a strong attention to detail are required
- Must possess the ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive documents
- Project Management Skills
- Be able to observe production and other related activities given the various environmental conditions in the commissary

**Salary**: Php24,653.03 - Php70,088.46 per month
