What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Healthcare Analytics
1-3 years of experience in master data management, item lifecycle, healthcare procurement, or ERP data governance
Familiarity with U.S. healthcare systems and vendors (preferred)
Technical Proficiency

Data Validation & Reconciliation
- Normalize manufacturer and supplier part numbers
- Remove duplicate entries and validate UOMs

The Master Data Management (MDM) Head is responsible for leading the enterprise-wide strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Bank's Master Data Management Platform. This role ensures the integrity, consistency, and governance of customer and product master data across all systems.
The MDM Head will also oversee the Campaigns Team, which services campaign-related data requests from business units, and manage the enterprise Name Search Engine to support regulatory and operational use cases.
This position plays a pivotal role in enabling Single Customer View (SCV), regulatory compliance, and data-driven marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Master Data Management
· Own and evolve the Master Data Management strategy, architecture, and operations across the enterprise.
· Ensure alignment of MDM practices with regulatory requirements, including SCV mandates and data privacy.
· Govern the integration of MDM with upstream and downstream systems to maintain data consistency.
· Lead initiatives to continuously improve data matching, survivorship, and golden record creation.
- Campaign Management
· Manage the Campaigns Team responsible for generating customer whitelist data, segmentation files, and other data assets in support of marketing and communication campaigns.
· Establish SLAs and quality controls to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of campaign requests.
· Collaborate with marketing, digital, and analytics teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and personalization strategies.
- Name Search Engine Management
· Oversee the development, enhancement, and governance of the enterprise Name Search Engine used for AML, customer matching, and other future use cases.
· Ensure performance, scalability, and compliance of the name search capabilities with regulatory and operational requirements.
· Drive improvements in fuzzy matching logic, alias handling, and identity resolution models.
- Leadership and Strategy
· Build and lead a multidisciplinary team comprising MDM analysts, data engineers, campaign support staff, and data quality specialists.
· Partner with business units, IT, and data governance teams to embed data ownership and stewardship practices.
· Advise the Chief Data Officer and leadership on data consolidation strategies, especially as it relates to customer-centric operations and compliance.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
· Preferably with certifications on DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM, CIMP, and similar data management credentials
· 10+ years of experience in enterprise data management, with at least 5 years in master data management or customer data platforms.
· Experience managing marketing campaign data operations and data-driven communication programs.
· Deep understanding of MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica, Reltio, etc.), data governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements (e.g., AML).
· Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work across business, compliance, and technology teams.
