* Should be open to work on a client dictated shift (day, mid, night).
* With JLPT Certification or has experience using/conversing the Japanese language.

About the role: The **Payroll Governance & Compliance Data Analytics Analyst** is a key leader within the Global Payroll Governance and Compliance Team, playing a critical role in driving advanced payroll analytics and reporting initiatives across multiple regions. Reporting directly to the Manager of Payroll Governance, this individual contributor will serve as the domain expert, providing guidance and leadership to HR Operations - Payroll and cross-functional teams. **Key Responsibilities:**
