**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Under close guidance or supervision, responsible for creating and maintaining the IMS database.
+ Will be part of the Phoenix Parallel team.
+ Implements database setups of development, user acceptance test, and production environments
+ Participates in database analysis and database design tasks to meet required operational standards and performance levels

**List of required skills for this role:**

**The Role** : Operations Specialist, Data Management
The Operations Specialist will serve as a key player in ensuring the seamless onboarding and management of data, contributing to the overall data integrity and operational efficiency of the organization.
**The Team:**
The Data Launch team manages the onboarding and setup of our datasets into Sprout. The team will review all new data launch requests and coordinate with Data Owners on our Data Excellence team, IMPG, IT , R&D and requestors to ensure new data sets are setup properly to meet the needs of all users. The team is also responsible for the maintenance of existing Sprout feeds and the buildout of new workflows in Collibra. Our team collaborates closely with other cross-functional teams, to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Job Description
Data Management Associates are responsible for supporting the Data Management workstream within the AGS Implementation process for MSP or Procurement Solutions projects. The Data Management Associate is responsible for collecting and tracking incumbent worker data from a variety of sources, analyzing data gaps, validating data and transforming data for upload. The Data Management Associate will be responsible for discovering and resolving gaps in data to prepare the information for loading into a VMS. The Data Management Associate will attend all internal and external project calls, and report workstream status. The Data Management Associate will build the necessary relationships between outside vendors, clients and internal project teams to complete project tasks on deadline and with quality. Data Management Associates will partner with Data Management Analysts to quality check/audit data loads as part of their training. Data Management Associates are also expected to work on various projects including audits, rate card / worker modifications and other general team projects. Data Management Associates are expected to support multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Work within a team to collect, organize and validate data using a proprietary AGS data collection tool
+ Follow up on outstanding data from outside vendors
+ Analyze data for gaps and/or errors in large data sets, work to resolve data issues
+ Prepare load templates for upload into Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
+ Attend and be an active participant in all assigned project meetings, communicate status of projects on weekly client-facing status calls

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Research company locations and evaluate industry code information from company websites, industry websites, and BU and Impact Partners sources to resolve accurate industry codes for each site.
+ Review sets of company and contact records identified as potential merges, research anomalies, correct data, and perform merges.
+ Perform address standardization using Address Doctor data and monitor the postal standards of assigned countries.
+ Review company records and ensure that primary addresses and operational addresses are grouped accurately.
+ Research company address and other related information that failed the import process to facilitate the manual loading of data in the Global Data Management System (GDM).
+ Handle requests related to company information modifications and perform targeted clean-up through data enrichment processes and forms.
+ Perform detailed system testing for improvements and new releases of the GDM system and provide detailed test results to the leads and/or POCs.

+ Exposure to TOAD, Oracle applications, PL/SQL, and Oracle forms is a plus.
+ Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, Power Query, and other reporting tools is an advantage.

The Data Quality Sr. Analyst helps to ensure data sourced and provisioned by different areas, meets all required Data Quality standards. In this role, moderately complex and variable issues are evaluated with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. The Data Quality Sr. Analyst assesses, evaluates, and analyzes data challenges and provide recommendations on their resolution. They collaborate with an array of teams and groups, developing subject matter expertise and knowledge of industry practices and standards.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Partners with Enterprise Chief Data Office to contribute to the development of procedure guidelines and standards addressing Data Certification and Data Quality management
+ Develop methods to identify data patterns and trends in available data sources, perform data quality analytics and identify data challenges
+ Contribute to Data Quality resolution strategies and practices
+ Assist in data improvement initiatives in compliance with Citi Data Governance Policy
+ Assists in the remediation of Audit and Regulatory feedback on issues and concerns
+ Report Data Quality issues through Citi's corresponding Data/Issue management process, and/or Coordinate efforts for Data consumption demand and Data requirement from strategic data repositories
+ Liaise with other areas of the firm to understand data challenges and solutions. Supports identification of data quality rules, thresholds, and other business requirements
+ Perform financial reconciliation, and measure Data Quality to drive data quality resolution
+ Define and formulate business requirements documents that contribute to resolve Data Quality issues

**Qualifications:**
+ 5-8 years of experience with defining and implementing Data Quality programs; Banking or Finance industry preferred

+ Proficient in using data management and analysis tools including basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
