JOB SUMMARY:
The manager develops business management goals and objectives that align to global company vision/mission for growth and prosperity. The manager is responsible for designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals. The manager is accountable to ensure that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its required activities and deliverables.
Leads a team of data analysts focused on data setup process including first/second level resolution support for data governance setup processes and related primary and subscribing systems. Provides reporting, monitoring and analysis of data quality and integrity checks. Knowledge of Azure, Machine Learning, BigDecisions or related platforms would be an added advantage.
Pulls and analyzes company databases and external sources to make inferences about data figures and complete and performs complex statistical analysis. Make necessary data transformations to create data visuals to help gain insight from data. Provide necessary reports, and analyze the data therein, to make recommendations for improvement business efficiency or growth. Designs experiments and methodologies to generate and collect data for business use. Projects may also include a focus on digital transformation implementation and monetization or help identify new business opportunities.

Role Overview:
The Data Strategy & Analytics team is a regionally distributed team of specialists supporting Kepler's expanding business in The Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific. The APAC team is based in the Philippines and Singapore, but will closely integrate with similar teams in London and Costa Rica to provide global support to the business and its clients.
As a Data Strategy & Analytics Specialist II, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing the data infrastructure and reporting solutions for our global clients. You will need outstanding problem-solving abilities, strong data/analytics experience, and excellent English communication skills.
What You Will Do:
- Manage the ETL pipeline of digital media, third party, and client data streams across multiple clients – responsible for ingesting, QA, cleaning, transforming, and visualizing digital marketing performance data
- Develop data visualisations, reports, and ad hoc analysis for both Kepler and client usage
- Unify disparate data sources into cohesive, cross-channel dashboards for both internal and client usage
- Provide input and guidance around data visualisation and reporting structures to Kepler team members
- Proactively identify trends and opportunities in performance data, working with team members to provide strategic insights that drive optimization and campaign strategy.
- Become an expert in the digital marketing ecosystem and in media analytics tools across digital channels, including display (banner ads), mobile (smartphone, tablet), search (Google, Bing), social (Facebook, Twitter) and online video (Hulu, YouTube), among others.
- Mentor and train new or junior team members on data best practices, tools, and proprietary software.
- Become an expert in Kepler's proprietary software suite.
- Codify and share best practices across teams.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role, preferably in digital marketing or advertising.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with MS Excel, ability to think creatively about challenging problems.
- Strong proficiency with SQL
- Hands-on experience working with cloud-based data management tools like AWS S3, Athena and Amazon Glue Studio for ETL development
- Proven ability to manage ETL pipelines and automate data workflows
- Demonstrated experience in developing complex data visualizations and reports using platforms like Salesforce Datorama, Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to details.
- Ability to contribute to an entrepreneurial, team-based environment.

- A degree education
- Online advertising experience (e.g. Google Ads/Search Ads 360, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Experience with Python
- Experience mentoring or training junior team members
