Key Responsibilities :
- Payroll process:
Coordinate payroll and work with payroll external vendor to ensure accurate and timely payments while maintaining compliance with statutory requirements.
- HR operations:
To work closely with HR Specialist in Thailand in m
anaging employment conditions, probations, confirmations, and terminations in line with HR standard operating procedures.
- Prepare reports:
Compile and analyze data for monthly management reports, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
- Local Contact:
Be the point of contact for all employees in Manila office to support on all HR matters.
Requirements :
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in HR including payroll processing, with strong knowledge of labor law.
- Proficient in MS Excel, and other MS Office applications. Workday experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail combined with critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a team environment.
