Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and corrective maintenance of telecom tower sites including power systems (gensets, batteries, rectifiers) and cooling systems (air conditioners).
• Monitor and troubleshoot site outages, power issues, and equipment failures to ensure minimal downtime.
• Supervise and coordinate with contractors and vendors for repair, installation, and servicing of site equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols during all on-site activities.
• Perform site inspections, audits, and generate maintenance reports.
• Maintain and update the asset inventory of equipment and spare parts.
• Coordinate with the Network Operations Center (NOC) and escalate technical concerns as needed.
• Support new site integrations, relocations, and special projects as assigned.Qualifications:

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the planning and coordination of manpower, equipment and material requirements of his section.

· Oversees the work with satisfactory, workmanship and according to specifications.

· Executes work request from concerned employee and secure pouring request from Batch plant and check material delivered and incorporated in work with dispatch to avoid delay.

· Checks and measure daily work accomplishments.

· Verifies and certify sub contract billing under his section

· Reports daily, weekly accomplishment to site engineering office and head office for proper consolidation of documents.

· Responsible for the traffic plan of his section (setting warning signs and barricades)

· Arranges with the concerned managers to secure the assigned sections from the vandals and other forms of marks that affect the quality of the completed works.
