About the Role:

This role is part of our BI function and will work cross-functionally to support teams across the company with data-driven insights and reporting. • Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, uncover insights, and recommend courses of action that drive impact. Leveraging AI to accelerate workflows.
• Work closely with the Operations teams to develop reporting and analyze performance, quality, and engagement, surfacing insights that drive better decision-making.

Qualifications

• 2- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing structured data.
• Proficient in Power Platform (Powerapps, Automate, etc)
• Strong knowledge of basic statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, confidence intervals).
• Proficiency with Excel for analysis and visualization.
• Ability to translate business questions into structured reporting.
• Strong data visualization skills.
• Understanding data integrity, ensuring reports and dashboards are accurate and reliable.
