This position reports into the Head of Commercial Excellence and is based at Paranaque, Philippines.
What Will You Do
The Data & Analytics Manager is responsible for shaping and managing the data solutions of the Customer development/Sales Team. He/She should have a good grasp of both present and future data needs so the appropriate capabilities can be used and developed to address the said requirements. He/She is also expected to provide analysis and key business insights to the sales data available.
Key Responsibilities
- Chief data custodian of the customer development (CD) team
- Responsible for generating regular CD reports and dashboards as identified by the CDLT to be used for regular business cycle monitoring and analysis.
- Responsible for developing new reports, whether ad hoc or new regular ones, as instructed by CDLT.
- Generate key business insights based on the analysis of the available CD data.
- Employ the appropriate data management, reporting and analysis tools to aid in the processing and utilization of CD data.

+ Experience with reporting / query tools (SQL, SSRS, Query, MS Access or similar).

+ Experience visualizing data in Excel, Power Point, and Power BI.
+ Experience in Risk and Control Self-assessment (RCSA) and other related Operational Risk tools.
