**Position Summary:**
The GBS Digital Enablement Data Analytics Manager will play a pivotal leadership role in driving performance analysis, analytics, dashboards, and reporting throughout GBS Shared Services globally. **The Strategy & Analytics Project Manager** will be reporting to the AVP Strategy & Analytics, and you will play a key role in assisting the North America Treasury Operations leadership with strategic planning & execution, managing strategic projects, and helping stand up our nascent Reporting & Analytics function.

The **Manager, Risk Intelligence and Analytics** will report to the Director, Risk Intelligence and Analytics in Global Risk Intelligence and Technology (GRIT) function, supporting Information Risk Management (IRM) function mission and vision. The role will be responsible for delivering various functional capabilities including but not limited to analytics, Large Language Models, reporting, modeling, automation, and other related operational risk management activities, as well as supporting the development and execution of the relevant roadmaps and plans for the function.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual IRM related reporting for the Company's Chief Risk Officer, executive, and Board risk committees
+ Automation of monthly, quarterly, and annual IRM related reporting within the intelligence function
+ Lead the automation of processes for collecting and analyzing data across the enterprise, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
+ Provide support to Risk and Technology Tooling team on data ingestion, clean-up, mapping etc. (e.g., data analysis, data clean-up, validation, creating and maintenance of reports and dashboards)
+ Identifying opportunities for creating efficiencies within reporting framework and processes
+ Assist in testing, cleaning, and preparing data for reporting readiness
**Required Qualifications:**
+ At least three (3) to five (5) years of experience as an analytics manager or similar capacity
+ Proficient in utilizing Power BI and Power Platform to create interactive dashboards, automate workflows, and develop custom application for improved business intelligence and efficiency
+ Knowledgeable in financial services, insurance, and technology risk management
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ A background in risk management, audit, or compliance is a plus
+ Skilled in Python and SQL, database schemas and data modeling
+ Skilled with dashboard design, with a consideration for UI/UX fundamentals
+ Highly organized individual with strong time management and organizational skills.
+ Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
+ Excellent collaborative and relationship building skills; showing tact and diplomacy in dealing with others.

Ericsson Philippines - Global Shared Services Center is growing! We are looking for Master Data Line Manager that reports to the Head of Supplier, Customer, Services and Distribution Manager. The role has an overall responsibility for leading and controlling the day-to-day delivery of master data maintenance with high-quality within agreed lead times according to pre-defined service level agreements. The Supplier, Customer, Services and Distribution team has around 20-22 members at three different sites, Manila in Philippines, Bucharest in Romania and Nanjing in China.

- Manage and control the day-to-day operations of delivering master data maintenance.
- Ensuring high-quality master data in a timely and efficient manner.
- Leading and resolving performance issues.
- Drive continuous improvements.

**To be successful in the role must have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. Master’s in science is advantage.
- At least 3 years of proven leadership experience.
- Minimum of 3-year experience in Master Data Management and in business transformation is a must.

- Excellent leadership and managerial skills with emphasis on team development, mentor, and creating room to collaborate.

This role will engage end customers such as **data centers and enterprises** , offering the full range of Eaton solutions including **Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), switchgear, transformers, software, cooling systems** , and more.

**What you'll do:**
A. Manage & control projects to meet the clients' requirements and ensure cost control to meet project budget
B. Oversee Service Engineers / Contractors in project implementation according to clients' requirements
C. Manage Data Center product FAT and SAT with customers
A. Achieve PQ sales revenue target via Channel Partners or direct sales in the assigned Segment - which includes 3-Phase UPS, Battery System, Brightlayer software and DC business.
B. Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategy together with partners ie. IT System Integrator, M&E contractors, to achieve business objectives in line with corporate and regional strategies
C. Develop and implement plans to increase market-share and profitability of products and services (value-based concept)
D. Build strong relationships and frame agreeement with key partners to enhance long term business prospects.
E. Manage data center projects implementation and delivery according to clients' requirements
F. Schedule and attend project discussions as per clients' requirements using detailed PMP tools and project scope planning
G. Cost control to meet project budget.
H.Attend project site meetings / virtual meetings
I. Support contract administration works (ordering, billing milestone, O&M submission)
J. Work with Customer Service team on parts ordering and lead time
K. Manage sub-contractor work schedule and quality of work.
L. Support Service team during FAT and SAT
**Qualifications:**
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferable in Engineering or Science
Experience:
A. 5+ years of sales experience in Solution Selling - critical power
B. 5+ years sales experience in Channel Partner
