-Business Analytics Manager considers economic and business trends, reviews historical performances, and attempts to anticipate obstacles and potential problems, all with an eye towards forecasting the company’s future financial results. br>-The team works very closely with the Chief Financial Officer and helps support decisions around capital spending, operating budgets, and long-term planning.
-The team is charged with examining, analyzing, and evaluating the entirety of a corporation’s financial activities, and mapping out the company’s financial future.
-Collaborate with appropriate Operations Unit Heads to determine optimal operating performance level.
-Build and monitor a central view of how each different operating unit performs in terms of cost and operational efficiency.
-Establish benchmarks that each operating unit should hit in order to achieve the entire unit’s operational targets and KPI’s.
- Reports on products' financial performance of different brands.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or related field. with work experience appropriate for the role.
-8-10 years’ experience in DATA ANALYTICS roles. < r>-Knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL and other business intelligence or analytics platforms (Python, R, Periscope, Metabase, etc.)
-Proven analytical background.
-Intermediate to Advanced Skill in Microsoft Excel or Google Suite’s Gsheet < r>-Accounting and finance knowledge.
-Prior experience with a start-up company is preferred but not required.
-Excellent verbal and written communication.
-Experience in working with senior management.
-Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and thrive in a fast-moving environment.

The GBS Digital Enablement Data Analytics Manager will play a pivotal leadership role in driving performance analysis, analytics, dashboards, and reporting throughout GBS Shared Services globally. The individual will lead a team responsible for the development and management of analytics, dashboards, performance metrics, and reporting needs across various teams globally and different workstreams including OTC, RTR, PTP, Customer Care, and others.

**Required Education/Experience:**

+ Fluent in English written and spoken.
