Clinic Administration
- Ensures proper care and maintenance of all clinic equipment
- Handle inventory of prescription and over-the-counter medicines and supplies of the assigned clinics, and monitors proper dispensing thereof
Medical Services Coordination
- Together with assigned medical social workers, the physical therapist/s, volunteer TIMA medical and dental doctors, attends to the medical needs, as advised or instructed by the doctors, of patient-beneficiaries whenever these individuals avail themselves of the free medical services
Others

f. Discuss with patients and relatives the potential side effects of the contrast media or the radioactive pharmaceutical and what must be done after the procedure.
g. Assess patients' tolerability of the procedure and must obtain a secured consent on behalf of the medical team.
h. Responsible for securing patient's or patient's authorized representative consent before any steps necessary for procedure is done.
i. Check patient Capillary Blood Glucose before the start of procedure.
