The OHN ensures the physical, mental, and social well-being of employees by providing immediate medical care, conducting preventive health programs, monitoring workplace hazards, and implementing wellness initiatives. 1. Health Care Services

· Administer first aid treatment and emergency care to employees during accidents, injuries, or sudden illnesses.
