I. PURPOSE

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation of As-Built Plans and Single Line Diagrams for the completed projects that will be submitted to the client.
• Preparation of Shop Drawings needed for bidding, proposal, and actual installation in coordination with the Operations Group and Design & Engineering Group.
• Revisions/Modify of plans if needed and recommend changes based on their experience and knowledge of the Project.
• Coordinates filing, storage and retrieval of both manual and electronic drawings
• Printing of Plans needed for the Projects (Plain White Print, Tracing, Blueprint) in various sizes.
• Must follow Company or Client's Plan Format and Standard (eg. Symbols, Title Block, etc.)
• Must follow Project Schedules and due dates for the submission.
• Must be flexible and willing to assign in site location of the Projects.
• Update and report all the tasks done to superiors.

III. QUALIFICATIONS

A. Minimum Education – Engineering Graduate or Equivalent

B. Minimum Experience/Training - At least 2-year experience in related field / 2D & 3D Drawing (AutoCAD LT) / Specialize in Autodesk Revit Software

C. Competency – not more than 35years old / MALE OR FEMALE / Knowledgeable in Structured Cabling, Electrical and Auxiliary Systems

IV. WORKING CONDITIONS

• Office and On-site (Project)
• Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6:00pm

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation of shop drawing works of the project to be used by operations.
• Responsible for the preparation of as-built plans.
• Assists in design and planning.
• Documentation of drawings and designs.
• Performs other similar duties that may be assigned.
• Communicate potential design issues to Engineers and Architects.

Job Qualifications

• Candidate must be a graduate of BS Civil Engineering or BS Architecture.
• Must be willing to work in Las Piñas.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or any similar software.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.

Job Description:

Generate 2D and 3D Technical drawings, blueprints and maps using AutoCAD software.

JOB SUMMARY
