• Familiarity with other industry-specific software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, SolidWorks, Microvellum, MS office and Bluebeam ) is an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership, technical coordination, and reporting.
• Strong eye for detail with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• Bilingual in Tagalog and English (oral and written).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

We are seeking a CAD technician as we take on interesting large-scale projects. Working on technically complex and challenging projects within the building industry, CAD Technician will be involved in project technical drafting as well as collaboration with relevant team.

- Create high-quality technical drawings of Fire / Smoke Curtains (plans, sections & details) based on drawings supplied by client and information supplied by survey and make modifications to existing drawings
