- Manage day-to-day operations of the APAC Training & Quality teams.
- Responsible for managing all Training & QA functions, working with cross-departmental leadership to deliver high quality service on schedule.
- Manage training and quality reporting and lead business reviews.
- Manages the definition of quality requirements, standards, methodologies, and procedures, including processes to perform self-analysis and quality measurement of performance, e.g., customer satisfaction surveys or other necessary processes as appropriate
- Ensures the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly quality assurance tasks, monitors project results to determine compliance with quality standards, ensures delivery of project deliverables and services.
- Partner with APAC and Global Operational Excellence team in implementing, monitoring, and sustaining the WOW Operating model.
- Responsible for all compliance and audit requirements.
- Assess quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, recommend insights, develops improvement plans, and collaborates with operations team to improve quality performance.
- Establish quality governance process with clients and operations to ensure effective communication and organization.Works with client on change management process, tools enhancements, and workflow amendments
- Lead incident investigations.
- Establish and maintain a quality system to ensure processes conform to both internal guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Lead innovative, best-in-class learning solutions.
- Lead a team of direct report Managers who in turn lead functional areas of the programs.
- Development, implementation and improvement of contact center day-to-day training & quality assurance operations.
- Assess training needs of various projects. Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency of training services offered
- Maintain liaison efforts with client to ensure all deadlines and expectations surrounding reporting and training events are met or exceeded.
- Incorporates, administers, and monitors operating budget for the training and quality department.
- Support in client services and business development engagements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or related field or equivalent related experience
- 5 years’ experience managing a minimum of 20 direct or indirect employees with a proven track record of success and achieving results handling a team in the Training & Quality function.
- Training experience in a Multi-Channel contact center environment including curriculum development and process reengineering.
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong relationship building and collaboration skills in a highly matrixed environment.
- Highly skilled in coaching, developing, and motivating employees towards achieving and exceeding organizational goals and objectives
- Previous experience of working alongside multiple business partners and domains.
- Experience in leading and implementing innovative projects.
- Six Sigma certification is an advantage
