b. Communicates and resolves any discrepancies;
c. Checking of account entries per transaction;
d. Reconciliation of all balance sheet, income statement and equity accounts to the subsidiary ledgers;
2. Responsible for the financial closing activities:
a. Coordinates the monthly closing activities of the Department;
b. Performs validation of the reconciliation of accounts between the financial statement and the subsidiary ledgers;
3. Preparation of working papers of tax computations:
a. Monthly withholding tax computations;
b. Monthly expanded withholding tax computations;
c. Annual Registration Fee;
d. Quarterly Income Tax Computation;
e. Other required taxes.

5. Checking, review and analysis of the monthly costing;

a. Coordinate with other Departments and team members the schedule of month-end activities;
b. Strict adherence to monthly deadlines and report submissions;
7. Performs other functions as may be required.

**POSITION SUMMARY**
Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy. Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures. Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information. Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals, ledgers, and/or computers. Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables. Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified. Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures. Follow-up and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices until payment in full is received or resolved.
Coordinate tasks and work with other departments; serve as a departmental role model or mentor; assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards.
