- At least 4-5 years of experience Management Accountant, Financial Accountant, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards, compliance, and reporting
- Advanced skills in Excel and financial modelling
- The ability to troubleshoot inconsistencies and errors
- High level numeracy and reconciliation skills, with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy with figures
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Proficiency in Xero is required, with an understanding of additional plug-ins such as Fathom and similar.
- Experience with HubDoc and Weel is highly regarded.
