About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and communicative team member to support our sales and customer success efforts. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving revenue growth, re-engaging past clients, and assisting our customer service and support team with a range of outbound initiatives. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and a customer-first approach, we’d love to hear from you. br>
Key Responsibilities:
Contact existing clients to generate repeat orders and identify upselling opportunities
Conduct outbound cold calls to cafes and restaurants to schedule appointments for our field reps
Re-engage inactive clients and encourage them to return
Follow up on visits by sales reps and assist in converting hot prospects into paying clients
Track and follow up on all customer quotes in the pipeline to secure sign-ups
Make welcome calls to new clients and encourage early engagement and future orders
Assist in developing new territories by contacting potential customers from target lists
Collaborate twice a week with a team member to contact non-paying clients and confirm payment timelines (approx. 3 hours/week)
Provide general support with all customer contact activities, including outbound initiatives and assisting team members where needed
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong sales acumen and confidence in outbound calling
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks
Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or account management is a plus
