2. Orient and promote the university's core values, rules and regulations, disciplinary actions, and policies clearly to the students.

3. Monitor and facilitate student disciplinary cases and proceedings.

5. Monitor and address early signs of behavioral issues to prevent escalation.

Role Description

Niche Psych seeks a highly collaborative, creative, and flexible teamate to join us in this 
PART-TIME PSYCHOMETRICIAN
 position. This role will require a basic understanding of mental health diagnoses and the DSM-5, along with the ability to provide psychoeducation when needed. More than anything, we're looking for someone who can bring compassion, empathy, and genuine concern for our clients.

This position is part-time and in a work-from-home set up. Shift is flexible but we prefer two weekdays and one weekend availabilities. Increase of hours per week will be considered in the future, and a potential for full-time position will be offered.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assigning psychological tests through our portal and sending the links to clients via email
• Facilitating psychological tests that requires RPm supervision (via GMeet)
• Scoring assessments and preparing results
• Conducting feedback sessions to help clients understand their diagnoses and treatment plans
• Create, maintain, and enter information into databases
• Transforming open-source tests to Google Forms requested by clinicians
• Translating English standardized tools to Tagalog
• Other administrative tasks

JOB DUTIES:

• Recommends the use of relevant psychological and aptitude tests and assessments tools.
• Administers, scores, and records results of psychological tests, intelligence, aptitude, interest and personality test to students and applicants.
• Acts as a custodian of test materials and answer keys, ensuring their security and confidentiality.
• Facilitates and manages scholarship programs
• Helps Student Wellness Officer, School Administrators, Teachers and Parent's understand students who strength and weakness.
• Conducts interview to students who took the examination.
• Records and files test interview results.
• Performs other related duties from time to time and/or that may be assigned by immediate superior.
