Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate delivery routes based on confirmed sales orders

• Ensure timely, complete, and accurate deliveries as per documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly check the confirmed sales orders for delivery
• Prepare the route plan considering the truck load and capacity, location, number of drops and the receiving window of clients
• Ensure the proper documents and accuracy of items to be transported
• Ensure that all deliveries arrive on time as required by Clients
• Monitor the timely arrival of all trips, oversee the logistics personnel and coordinate with Sales, Production, Agri, Accounting, Warehouse, R&D and QA in case there's related concerns that should be addressed promptly
• In-charge of backload transport of Returns and BO. Ensure the proper receiving of these returns from clients including the documents and the proper turn-over of items respective to GFI recipients
• Prepare a delivery monitoring report (KPI-OTIF) and other logistics reports
• In-charge of fleet maintenance and repairs and ensure that delivery units are properly cleaned and in good running condition prior to loading
• Source third party providers for vehicle maintenance & repairs and truckers. Ensure that complete documents are submitted and compiled. Monitor the performance of these 3rd Party Service Providers
• Other tasks as maybe assigned as needed from time to time

Qualifications:
- College graduate, with relevant working experiences in logistics and fleet for at least 3 years in a supervisory role. With relevant exposures in logistics operation
- With technical knowledge in handling fleet maintenance and repairs
- Computer literate preferably in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Good communication skills both oral and written; able to respond clearly in email communications
- Keen on details, can work under pressure, amenable to work anytime as needed, dependable
- Willing to work night shifts and extended hours as needed
