**Job Overview**
Responsible for proper execution and managing stock replenishments from multiple suppliers and TE Plants toDistribution Centres, and maintaining adequate inventory levels. He or she is also responsible for ensuring thedelivery of every order to the customer in full and on time. This position focuses on customer satisfaction andreplenishment cycles, working cross-functionally with the Planning team, DC Operations team, and Customer Careteam.
**Job Requirements**
**WHAT YOU WILL DO:**
+ Manages a team of analysts and serves as the first level of escalation to issues affecting the execution of the following activities while ensuring resolution:
+ Execute procurement and related activities to ensure timely stock replenishment through PR to PO releases to external suppliers or intercompany plants
+ Manage and execute production planning and related activities to ensure timely stock replenishment through the release of production orders to the plants
+ Ensures Customer Order Deliveries based on the Delivery Due List by initiating the shipping process to pick up the material from the DC
+ Analyse exception messages from the MRP system and act based on the Traffic light hierarchy and resolve the codes based on the Turn Around Time policy. Any opportunity or issue on the setting of parameters and exception messages should be addressed by working with a cross-functional team and trouble ticket submittal
+ Resolve all Price and Quantity discrepancies according to the agreed Turn Around Time policy.
+ Monitor and report key performance metrics, including exception message aging, optimal inventory, shipto request, shortages, blocked invoice aging, and supplier performance
**What your background should look like**
+ Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
+ SAP (or other ERP software) - 3-5 years understanding of MRP, Procurement, Purchasing - 3-5 years
+ Planning and experience in Supply Chain Management - 3-5 years
+ With people management experience of at least 3-5 years
+ Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities.
+ Must be detail-oriented and able to communicate with cross-functional teams
+ Able and willing to work necessary hours to meet all project deadlines, and travel when necessary.

- Ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics daily operational goals inclusive of Shipping functions and Inventory Management.
- Develop and initiate monthly reports having required project timelines, corporate metrics and productivity measurements.
- Lead training, hiring, career development and enrichment of all department associates.
- Support inventory management consisting of reconciling and maintaining of finished goods inventory by sku along with lot date at 3PL warehouse locations.
- Establish and manage relations with warehouses, ocean carriers, customs broker, drayage providers, sales force and customers.
- Analyze and log purchase orders commensurate to existing stock availability and reduce shipping cost.
- Oversee and monitor availability of stock to reduce shortages.
- Develop spine surgery kits adhering to imperative FDA guidelines and within constraints of demanding time.
- Negotiate and support logistics costs meant for 3rd party logistics providers assisting yearly budget goals.
- Ensure to process orders and on-time delivery by network of courier companies and warehouses.
- Plan and arrange logistics required shipments.
- Support simplification and standardization of processes to accelerate logistics and enhance efficiencies.
- Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement to top management.
- Head team to develop, articulate and maintain logistic process documentation.
**Qualifications**:
- Must have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field
- Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
**Salary**: Php12,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month

**Job Overview**
An Upstream Supply Chain Planning Expert plays a critical role in defining and implementing the Suppliers to Factory supply chain work processes and thus enhancing factory planning processes. Overall, this role is instrumental in defining benchmark processes / KPI's and implementation of the same, ultimately contributing to the organization's profitability and customer satisfaction. The end goal is to ensure that an optimized upstream supply chain toolkit is designed and implemented.
**Job Requirements**
+ Defining benchmark level work processes and KPI's of an optimized upstream supply chain. This will cover key areas like organization structure & skill matrix, product flow & planning optimization, and performance management
+ Working closely with the business unit's various departments, including supply chain, procurement, operations, and logistics, to align planning strategies with overall business objectives
+ Going basis, preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate operational excellence findings and recommendations to stakeholders to drive required corrective action plans
+ Co-develop JIT or consignment or pull-based replenishment models, where applicable.Drive TEOA efforts with suppliers in collaboration with TE teams to identify and execute structural improvementsSupport the risk resilience program for Upstream and develop mitigation plans with required governance
+ Leveraging advanced software tools and technologies for project management and maintaining up-to-date knowledge on trends in technologies

**What your background should look like**
+ At least 8 years of experience in a global or regional Procurement and/or Supply Chain role with expertise in Industrial electronics/manufacturing (preferred)
+ Broad commodity knowledge of semiconductors, PCB, PCBA, and electronic components (preferred)
+ Previous experience working on initiatives linked to upstream supply chain agility, responsiveness, efficiency, and inventory
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation in both commercial and technical roles
