The Warehouse Operations Associate (Operations Support/SME) is responsible for providing on-floor direction and subject matter expertise in warehouse operations. This role ensures that daily manpower is properly guided, supported, and aligned with PDC processes and standards. The position acts as the operational for assigned areas (picking, QC, packing, scanning, dispatch) and supports the Warehouse Supervisor in driving efficiency, safety, and quality across shifts.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide on-floor leadership and guidance to associates and third party manpower during daily warehouse operations
- Act as the focal person for assigning tasks, balancing workflows, and monitoring adherence to productivity targets.
- Ensure assigned manpower follows PDC processes, SOPs, and safety protocols.
- Serve as subject matter expert for warehouse processes (picking, QC, scanning, packing, dispatch).
- Monitor performance and escalate issues, variances, or concerns to the Warehouse Supervisor and/or Vendor Management team as appropriate.
- Conduct spot checks and provide immediate feedback or coaching to reinforce standards.
- Validate accuracy of orders and ensure customer SLAs are met.
- Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in providing operational updates (attendance gaps, productivity logs, incident reports).
- Coordinate closely with Vendor Management for manpower alignment, replacements, and relievers.
Qualifications
- At least high school graduate; vocational/college level preferred
- At least one (1) to two (2) years experience in warehousing
- Exposure to acting as shift lead or on-floor coordinator is preferred.
- Strong understanding of warehouse workflows and KPIs.
- Effective communication and guidance skills to influence coop manpower.
- Flexible to work in shifting schedules and varying operational priorities.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance.
- Driver's license on forklift or other warehouse tools is a plus

The Role: Factory Warehouse Operations Manager
What will you do?
