Who are we looking for:
As an Inventory Control Assistant , you are expected to ensure the efficient management and accuracy of inventory within the company. Monitors, tracks, and maintains inventory levels, minimizing waste and ensuring products are readily available when needed. Responsible for a variety of tasks, including record-keeping, data entry, and inventory analysis.
- Prepares monthly & weekly reports needed by Operations such as shrinkage, high value items etc.
- Daily monitoring and settlement on IMS History.
- Performs and monitors DC partial adjustments
- Witness Zone O sampling
- Monitors stores, warehouse, and cold room goods in transit
- Performs inventory analysis on problematic SKUs
- Involves in Physical Count Activity of stores, warehouse/distribution centers and cold storage
- Performs administrative functions (filing & documentation)
- Attends in store robbery incidents
- Handles other task that may be given by the immediate head from time to time
