QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Minimum Education
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) Bachelor's degree in law.
• Must have passed the Philippine Bar Examination and be a member in good standing of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP).
B. Minimum Experience/Training
• At least 2 years of relevant experience

The role involves representing Skyro and its affiliates in legal proceedings, leading or supporting fraud-related prosecutions, and pursuing asset recovery through legal channels. It also includes providing legal advice, preparing timely pleadings and reports, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen the company's fraud enforcement strategies.
Responsibilities:
Represent Skyro and any other individual or entity as assigned by the company during hearings before courts and quasi-judicial bodies.
Lead or support the legal prosecution of fraud-related cases, including the preparation and filing of criminal complaints and participation in court proceedings.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to pursue the recovery of fraud-related losses through legal remedies, including asset recovery and civil claims.
Advise on strategies to strengthen the company's legal position in combating fraud and improving enforcement outcomes.
Prepare and file pleadings in a timely manner, with "timely" defined as at least one (1) day prior to the deadline set by the relevant Rules or Orders of the Court or quasi-judicial bodies.
Provide legal opinions, conduct comprehensive legal research, and participate in meetings related to litigation matters.
Prepare and submit all required reports and documentation in accordance with company standards.
Review and evaluate cases endorsed by the Anti-Fraud Team and render appropriate legal advice.
Other tasks and responsibilities related to business development may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Must be a member of the Philippine Bar in good standing.
