Responsible for managing and providing support to the health and Safety Department by reinforcing the health and safety in the workplace and providing medical services to all employees. The Company Physician will perform an assessment of workplace hazards and set up preventive medicine programs and work-related injuries.
1. Nightshift duty.

3. Manage the emergency response team and emergency preparedness action.
4. Create or recommend policies and programs for the improvement of health-related services of a company with the goal of ensuring the health and safety of all employees in accordance with the law.
5. Establish proper medical supervision over substances used, processed, and work environment to prevent diseases and injuries in the workplace.
6. Inspect and monitor the work environment of health hazards.
7. Supervise Health Team in performing appropriate and timely Interventions such as but not limited to basic physical exams, assessing patients, and administering medication.
8. Act as an adviser to management and employees on all health matters.
**Qualifications**:

2. Has active and valid Professional Regulations Commission Physician License
