**JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Scope:

- Work closely with all IT teams in Inchcape Asia Pacific locations and business units including New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, Brunei, Guam, Saipan, Thailand, Indonesia.
- Collaborate with Inchcape Global teams on IT Security projects, solutions and oversee the deployment process to APAC teams.

Strategy & Planning:

- Maintain the enterprise’s security architecture design, awareness training program, and security documents (policies, standards, baselines, guidelines and procedures).
- Participate in the planning and design of enterprise security architecture and documents

Acquisition & Deployment:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT security industry including awareness of new or revised security solutions, improved security processes and the development of new attacks and threat vectors.
- Recommend additional security solutions or enhancements to existing security solutions to improve overall enterprise security.
- Perform the deployment, integration, and initial configuration of all new security solutions and of any enhancements to existing security solutions in accordance with standard best operating procedures generically and the enterprise’s security documents specifically.

Operational Management:

- Maintain up-to-date baselines for the secure configuration and operations of all in-place devices, whether they be under direct control (i.e. security tools) or not (e.g. workstations, servers, network devices).
- Maintain operational configurations of all in-place security solutions as per the established baselines.
- Monitor all in-place security solutions for efficient and appropriate operations.
- Review logs and reports of all in-place devices, whether they be under direct control (i.e. security tools) or not (e.g. workstations, servers, network devices). Interpret the implications of that activity and devise plans for appropriate resolution.
- Participate in investigations into problematic activity.
- Participate in the design and execution of vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and security audits.
- Perform regular security awareness training for all employees to ensure consistently high levels of compliance with enterprise security documents.
- Engage in ongoing communications with peers in the Systems and Networking groups as well as the various business groups to ensure enterprise wide understanding of security goals, to solicit feedback and to foster co-operation.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Knowledge & Experience:

- Extensive hands-on experience in enterprise security architecture design.
- Extensive hands-on experience in enterprise security document creation.
- Extensive hands-on experience in management and deployment of security tools such as AV, EDR, Endpoint Management, SIEM, Web Proxy, Vulnerability Scanner, CASB, Network Monitoring tools, etc.
- Working technical knowledge of current infrastructure technologies (Windows AD, O365, Cloud, Virtualization, Backup, Firewall, Networking, etc.)
- Strong understanding of IP, TCP/IP, and other network administration protocols.
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux Operating Systems and Networking.
- Familiarity with ERP Systems.
- College diploma or university degree in the field of Computer Science or Engineering and 5 years equivalent work experience as IT / Information Security Manager or Lead
- One or more of the following certifications:

- CompTIA Security+
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Security
- ISACA Certified Information Security Manager
