Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting initial patient/client assessments and routine health monitoring in accordance with clinical protocols and within the scope of professional practice.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including assessments, procedures, and follow-up documentation.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity, safety, and quality of care.
- Provide appropriate support and guidance to patients throughout their clinical visit, including preparation for procedures or treatments.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment in line with health, safety, and infection control standards.
- Educate patients on basic health information, treatment plans, or procedures as applicable to their care.
- Support the implementation of clinic policies, quality improvement initiatives, and standard operating procedures.

**II. **JOB DUTIES**
- Receives different X-rays and CT-Scan from general wards and doctors.
- Performs special and non-special radiographic and CT-Scan procedures.
- Secures all radiographs (teaching files, recorded and uploaded)
- Handles different types of sophisticated CT-Scan machines.
- Records daily and monthly CT-Scan film usage and DVD files.
- Explain radiographic and CT-Scan procedures to clients.
- Secures client's information.
- Maintains security and safety of the office equipment, especially CT-Scan machine, and other CT-Scan accessories.
- Must see to it that all office equipment machines under the custody of co-workers are maintained.
- Promotes harmonious relationships with the patients as well as co-workers are maintained.
- Encodes all radiographic results and ensures their timely release to clients.
- Prepares CT-Scan images and transfers them to the working station in the reading room.
- Prepares radiographs for sorting ready for the interpretation by radiologist.
- Assist the Radiologist during the reading session.
- Releases radiographic and CT-Scan results.
- Endorsement of pending procedures and other patient concerns of the department at every end of the shift to incoming staff on duty.
