Job Description:

-Reports to Production Head

-Responsible for planning, directing, supervising and controlling the performance and utilization of manpower, machines, materials and other resources to process all company products on time, with the lowest possible cost and within acceptable quality standards.

-Ensures the implementation of FSMS (IMS) in the factory.

-Supervise the production floor, ensuring a safe and clean environment.

-Responsible for teaching, training and constant guidance of the factory workers in the correct manufacturing (processing, filling/packing) procedures.

-Develops ways of improving line efficiency and/or lowering production costs.

-Conducts team briefing to inform his subordinates on shift programs and instructions, developments and problems encountered.

-Recommends and implements various ways of enhancing subordinates motivation and morale in the performance of their job.

-Prepares, initiates and visa necessary reports and/or documents, which may be needed by other departments.Prepares Work instruction (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for production related documents.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Santa Rosa City. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring adherence to production schedules, managing production planning, and maintaining communication between different departments. The Supervisor will also manage and guide a team, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
