Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for IVD devices and laboratory systems to clients and healthcare professionals
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to instrument performance, software, or user application
- Document cases, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with field service engineers and product specialists to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous learning and training sessions
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory, or related IVD field
- Strong understanding of clinical laboratory workflows and diagnostic equipment
- Good English communication skills – both verbal and written
- Experience in technical support, customer service, or field engineering is an advantage
- Open to Field Engineers in the IVD industry who are willing to shift into a technical support role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using support tools, CRM systems, or remote troubleshooting platforms is a plus
