● Performs diagnostic imaging procedures, such as X-ray examinations, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Computed Tomography (CT) scans and Ultrasound
○ Follows instructions from Physicians regarding which area of the patient's body needs imaging
○ Correctly positions the patient, adjusts the imaging equipment to the specified position
○ Produces diagnostic images, reporting important information to the Physician, and updating patients' records
● Talks the patient through the procedure and answers questions to lower their anxiety
● Maintains a safe and clean working environment
○ Monitors patients during examinations, ensuring their safety, and following procedures to prevent unnecessary exposure to radiation to the patients and themselves
● Maintains radiology supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating future needs and placing orders

· Provide a great experience for patients attending for MRI scanning, supporting them through the process from referral to results
· Run quality assurance checks on equipment and action as appropriate

· Support patient bookings and make sure Patient Information Systems are maintained with accurate and up-to-date information
