DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducts clinical pathology tests and examinations.
• Performs chemical, microscopic, and bacteriologic analyses to support disease diagnosis and treatment.
• Processes test requests from physicians and ensures accurate execution.
• Prepares and calibrates laboratory equipment and tools.
• Collects specimens (urine, blood, sputum) following standard procedures.
• Adheres to established protocols for laboratory work.
• Records and prepares test results accurately.
• Labels, stores, and organizes specimens for research or reference.
• Calculates and updates patient charges for laboratory services.

QUALIFICATION:

• Must have drug test analyst / drug testing certified
• Education: BS in Medical Technology or Public Health.
• License: Must pass the PRC Medical Technologist Licensure Exam (MTLE) and be a registered RMT.
• Experience: 0–1 year (fresh grads may apply, but experience is preferred).
• Skills: Phlebotomy, lab testing (hematology, microbiology, chemistry, immunology), specimen handling, computer literacy.
