- Responsible for the posting of in/out of stocks in the BOS system/ sales delivery.
- In-charge in monitoring of inventory related activities of Pampanga Branch (from projection, receipts & transfers)
- Counter-checks and inspects all stocks for daily deliveries prepared by the Warehouse In-charge.
- Responsible for the posting of delivery receipts (DR) in the BOS system/ goods issued. Ensures that there is no open DR at the end of the day.
- Monitors all stocks and responsible for the stocks projection.
- Handles receiving of stocks coming from Head office and those returned by clients.
- Prepares weekly inventory for submission to Head Office.
- Monitors nearly expired and slow moving items to be forwarded to HO Supply Chain.
- Monitors critical stocks and reports it to HO Supply Chain
- Assists the warehouse during stock preparation.
- Performs weekly cycle count
- Monitors promo samples in the branch
- Perform other tasks assigned from time to time.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Graduate of at least 2 year course
- Preferably with warehouse experience
- Physically fit to lift stocks and may require to assist during deliveries
- Willing to start ASAP

+ Transacts inbound and/or outbound materials through Warehouse Mgt System and Visual Mgt System
+ Packing or kitting of inventory as per set standards.
+ Other warehousing & logistics-related activities as assigned.
