Receives Sales Orders from Sales Dept
Delivery Scheduling of Customer Orders
Coordinate with Warehouse for the stocks availability;
Coordinates with Accounting for Served Delivery Documents
Makes the Prepare Slip for Loading to Delivery Trucks
Prepares Sales Invoices and Deliver Receipts of scheduled deliveries
Coordinates with Driver and Helper for proper dispatching
Provide support for the sales activities other than above mentioned tasks; and
Perform such others tasks that relate to the main functions.
Qualifications
Graduate of any four-year business degree course;
With at least 3 to 5 years experience in Sales and/or Logistics functions
With experience in a Manufacturing Set-up is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications like Microsof Excel & Work;
Proficient in the preparation of Delivery Documents like Sales Invoices & Delivery Receipts
Resourceful and trust worthy;
Keen eye for details and observes proper work flow and work procedures
Can work with minimal supervision; and
Can keep information with utmost confidentiality.

- Accurately and efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recording
- Confirm that entered data accurately aligns with source document
- Organize and maintain original source documents and forward to customer and accounting.
- Submit and Assure files are properly prepared and saved to backup drives
- Transcribe, scan or photocopy hard copy documents and forms as needed
- Check and review work to avoid errors or duplication
- Monitoring all the incoming and outgoing container/shipping and arrival of container in the destination
- Adhere to and meet set schedules and deadlines,
- Input, track, and maintain all encoded data and records.
- Maintain report logs of in-progress and/or completed work
- Report any major errors or inconsistencies to upper management
