About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Engineer/Supervisor to join our RSG-211 INC.' team in Nasugbu Batangas. This is a full-time, on-site role within our Civil/Structural Engineering division. As a Project Engineer/Supervisor, you will play a pivotal part in the successful delivery of our infrastructure projects, overseeing key aspects of the construction process and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained.
What you'll be doing
- Supervising and coordinating construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required specifications
- Interpreting and implementing engineering drawings, specifications and technical documents
- Monitoring project progress and identifying and addressing any issues or delays
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to provide regular updates and resolve any concerns
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant building regulations, safety standards and quality control procedures
- Providing technical guidance and support to the construction team
- Preparing detailed reports, documentation and as-built drawings
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Engineer or Supervisor in the construction industry
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong organisation and time management abilities
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering plans and technical specifications
- Experience with construction project management software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Registration as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) is highly desirable

· Physical endurance: It's no secret that being a staff nurse requires a lot of strength. You will be on your feet most of the day and will also do a lot of bending.

- Facilitate medical staff accreditation by distributing forms, collecting necessary documents, and forwarding them to the HMO coordinator for approval.
- Coordinate with the General Services Head regarding newly hired medical staff interested in HMO accreditation.
- Secure Letters of Authorization (LOA) or Letters of Guarantee (LOG) for services via phone, text, or online communication.
HMO Patient Handling:
- OPD Cases: Verify member IDs, inform cardholders of affiliated doctors and their specializations, and assist in scheduling appointments.
- IPD Cases: Verify coverage based on the order sheet and member ID, notify the company guarantor, and assist patients with admission documentation.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Encode reports, memos, and correspondence related to HMO operations and admissions.
- Prepare a monthly statistical report on HMO utilization and admissions.
General:
- Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time to support hospital operations and patient services.
