Sales and Operations Manager
(Based in Sitio Muzon, Sta. Rosa – Tagaytay Road Silang Cavite)
WHAT TO EXPECT
We seek an experienced and results-driven Automotive Sales and Service Operations Manager to inspire and lead machine shop technicians, mechanics, office staff and sales engineers to deliver quality service and administrative operations. Ensuring compliance to service and business process standards, quality workshop culture, continuous improvement in all aspects of the business and sales growth summarizes the objectives for this job.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales and Business Development.
- Oversee the implementation of service and administrative processes, company policies and strict quality control.
- Lead by example in upholding company values and standards of excellence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer concerns.
- Provide regular updates and strategic feedback to senior management.
- Recommend and implement operational improvements based on findings and analysis.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely collection of receivables from insurance partners and corporate accounts.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date billing system for job orders, labor, materials, and other services.
- Identify recurring operational issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- Manage department expenses to align with budget targets.
- Champion customer satisfaction, setting a benchmark for team motivation and service excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Reputable track record in the automotive industry; integrity and loyalty are essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. Management will be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role in an automotive dealership service department.
- Strong technical knowledge in automotive repair, diagnosis, and service operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report generation.
- Skilled in creating clear and organized business presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of daily decision-making.
- Able to execute strategic plans and manage personnel performance effectively.
- Self-starter with a proactive and industrious work ethic.

- Facilitates Line Loss Analysis (SU Current/Future State)
- Checks the loss data and leads the team towards actions.
- Prepares the loss tree analysis (daily, weekly and monthly)
- Provide and take actions on items relating to CL and CO.
- Checks on possible reapplications of changes done form one machine to another with similar implementation.
- Leads the team towards identifying Centerline targets and document standards. o
- Ensures that the team complies with the centerline checking.
- Investigates the out of limit centerline and provide action item.

- Establishes standard for centerline with the help of equipment owner.
- Reviews the centerline daily and updates the centerline for any changes done. ·
- Develops control strategies to enable equipment owners to respond to out-of-control situations.
- Owns the Line Event Data Systems (LEDS) and drive continuous improvement of line data.
- Ensure that all line events are captured and accounted accurately.
- Ensure that LEDS are reviewed daily and updated regularly
- Analyses line data to identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities.
- Leads root cause problem solving efforts on key chronic losses for the line/cell
- Trains the team on problem solving tools
- Leads the team towards identifying the root cause on problems encountered on the line
- Leads the team in utilizing the problem-solving tools (IPS and UPS)
- Leads the team towards executing the changeover activity based on standard and target duration.
- Reviews the CO Critique Forms regularly
- Reports the time variance during the changeover and leads the team towards analysis and action plans.
- Reports the CO Critique Form % Completion and coaches the team on ensuring 100% Completion.
- Develops, reviews and updates the changeover standards to drive out stops and losses.
- Encourages and coaches the team towards improvement ideas on changeover standards.
- Ensures training on the changeover standards to line team.
