Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Workshop Designer and Facilitator to lead the creation and delivery of high-impact learning and development experiences. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on facilitation to design workshops that drive transformation, build skills, and foster collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging, interactive workshops aligned with business needs, using adult learning principles and human-centered design.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual sessions for diverse audiences, ensuring inclusive, impactful experiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning objectives, scope workshop content, and measure success outcomes.
- Continuously iterate and improve workshop design based on feedback and evolving organizational goals.
- Coach internal facilitators and support capacity building for facilitation across teams.
- Create supporting materials such as facilitator guides, participant handouts, slide decks, and toolkits.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and facilitation methods.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience designing and facilitating workshops or learning experiences in corporate or consultancy settings.
- Strong background in adult learning theory, facilitation techniques, and instructional design.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and group management skills.
- Proven ability to engage and energize groups in both live and virtual environments.
- Creative thinker with a passion for experiential learning, collaboration, and innovation.
- Comfortable using tools such as Miro, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and presentation platforms.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php50, Php100,000.00 per month
