Job Summary

The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee the Food & Beverage Division of NTQ, leading a team of staff and working closely with the Team Leader to deliver excellent service to resort guests. This role includes managing day-to-day operations, scheduling, mentoring, and training staff, as well as ensuring sufficient manpower during peak seasons. The supervisor will also be actively involved in food preparation, menu suggestions, and event planning. Additionally, they will ensure that VIP guests' food and beverage needs are met and provide support for other resort needs as assigned by the Operations Manager, General Manager, or President.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the Food & Beverage team, including the Team Leader and staff, to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare work schedules and manage manpower requirements, especially during peak seasons.

Food and Beverage Operations

• Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to quality and presentation standards.

Guest Services

• Ensure VIP guests receive personalized attention, particularly for their food and beverage preferences.

The F&B Training Executive supports the F&B Training Assistant Manager in conducting and coordinating Food & Beverage Training Program and other core initiatives related to enforcement of operations service standards. He/She will closely monitor compliance of team members to the established standard operating procedures. The team member shall contribute to programs to enhance the skills further and knowledge of team members toward service efficiency. He/She conducts spot checks and audits. He/She performs administrative duties required to facilitate training activities for his assigned area.
