Requirements and skills

1. Proven work experience as a Sales Representative

2. Familiarity with paper, printing or packaging business is preferable and highlights point to this position but not a must.

Qualifications:

1. With at least 1-3 years experience in Japanese manufacturing company
2. Have organization, coordination, communication, planning and emergency response capabilities;
3. Have certain understanding of the plastic industry and processes;
4. Have project development experience;
5. Ability to independently complete quotations;
6. Ability to operate office software proficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Receive customer quotation materials and information, understand customer requirements in a timely manner, submit them for internal technical analysis and price evaluation, sort out quotations and submit them to customers;
2. Responsible for confirming the project progress of quotations and keeping abreast of customer project establishment plans;
3. Receive customer mold/volume product orders, enter them into the system, initiate new regulation contacts, track order progress, communicate customer requirements internally, feedback actual execution status to customers, and monitor order completion and delivery deadlines;
4. Responsible for convening the project conversion meeting;
5. Responsible for the production progress of the new project in the initial stage of mass production, assisting PMC in promoting it, and ensuring that customer needs are met;
6. Responsible for receiving customer visits;
7. Responsible for the follow-up, coordination and handling of customer complaints;
8. Regularly update each customer's mold payment recovery plan, and collaborate with finance to collect customers' monthly payments;
9. Organize internal department documents regularly;
10. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors on time.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as an Encoder or similar role , preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills , including a strong command of MS Office applications (Word and Excel) .
• Familiarity with data entry software and tools is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a strong ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Field-based

• Drive impact on local recruitment activation workflows—broker onboarding, accreditation, and group events

• Handle logistics for broker activities: open houses, site visits, batch briefings

• Maintain accurate broker logs, assist in weekly KPI summary deliveries to the Territory level

• Administer commission document flow and flag data inconsistencies for escalation

• Integrate insights into Territory dashboards to support continuous improvement

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1–2 years in support or coordination within real estate or a closely related sales support function
• Highly organized and proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong communication skills—both internal and with brokers
• Field-confident and detail-driven, supporting a hybrid field-office workload
