**YOUR DUTIES IN THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE**:
l Download tender packages from tender management platforms such as BidContender & EstimateOne.
l Interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications
l Undertake material take offs and obtain competitive vendor submissions
l Cost and prepare tenders for new projects across both residential and commercial sectors
l Assess the cost implications of variation changes to product design/specification or project delivery
l Subcontract Documentation: Prepare, review and/or ensure all subcontractor and supplier packages/contracts are drawn up, issued, and managed as per the required scope of works and budgets.
l Provide effective and timely administrative support to the project team so projects are completed to contractual, time and cost requirements
l Liaise with the relevant project stakeholders (internally and externally
- including architects, engineers, builders, contractors, project managers, suppliers) to clarify project requirements and source pricing information
l Procurement of materials including quoting and tracking supplies
l Coordination of project documents, instructions, and drawings
l Liaise with key stakeholders on relevant important matters that require input, and implement resulting agreed actions
l Learn to understand the BCA and applicable Australian Standards
l Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
l Attend to general administration requests from the Customer Service/ Internal Sales Team when required.
l Other duties as directed by Management from time to time.
l Be present at daily Sales Huddles. weekly Sales Meetings the Monthly Team Meeting.
**TO BE SUCCESSFULL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE**:
l Good literacy skills in both written and have verbal English
