The Safety Officer is in-charge of the implementation of safety company-wide**. **Ensures the safety of all employees by performing the below duties and responsibilities:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the compliance of rules and regulations of Philippine Government in Environment, Health, and Safety.
- These rules and regulations include but are not limited to the regulations of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Occupational Safety and Health Center (OSHC), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA), The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), and the Philippine National Police (PNP).
- Advise Management on the following;
- Legal and Contractual requirements affecting Safety, Health and the Environment.
- Potential Hazards before work starts.
- Provision and use of personal protective equipment.
- Ways to improve work method.
- Inspects workplaces, investigate all accidents, and correct unsafe conditions and practices.
- Identify Health Hazards; Physical, Biological, Chemical, and Ergonomics.
- Ensures that fire extinguisher is being checked on a monthly basis.
- Conduct a regular Safety inspection of plant Facilities, building and ground, and Life Safety System.
- Prepares an Incident Report on major accidents causing disabling injuries, and major Company property damages.
- Determines the cause of any accident and recommend measures to prevent recurrence of the same.
- Record, analyze, and collate data on injuries, damage to property and assess accident trends to determine overall safety performance.
- Develops employee Safety and Security Education Program.
- Conducts lectures, seminars, and other means of promoting health and safety awareness among employees.
- Assist in First Aid treatment and Emergency Care in the occurrence of accidents and Medical Emergencies.
- Manage and monitor the development and implementation of Safety and Security Policy, Standards, Guidelines, and procedures to ensure the maintenance of safety in the Organization.
- Performs other function that may be assigned by HR Manager.

Graduate of any 4-year course; With at least 3years of experience in the same field.

2. Maintain OSH metrics and KPIs and analytics on an aperiodic basis and identify opportunities to further improve safety and health on the higher level.
3. Maintain and monitor OSH projects on site.

12. Provide assistance to government agencies in the conduct of safety and health inspection, accident investigation or any other related programs.
13. Updates contact information of key personnel of both internal and external team resources.
14. Maintains Confidentiality of sensitive documents.
